Online check-in strongly recommended, assisted entry from 02:00 PM to 09:00 PM (GMT+1).
Please communicate arrivals outside these hours.
Any guest under 18 years old must be accompanied by at least 1 adult. All minors must be in possession of a valid ID document.
Cot is available upon request prior to arrival, free of charge, for children under the age of 1.
Check-out 11:00 AM (GMT+1)
One-off supplement of 20€ if accompanied by 4-legged animals, up to 10kg (dogs and cats).
Room cleaning every 2 days, on request, and at the end of the stay; in case of bookings of 30+ days, special arrangements apply.
Breakfast included in all rates, in the form of coupons to be used in the two partner café-bakeries in the immediate vicinity of our Suites.

The following conditions are only valid for direct bookings (made via our website, WhatsApp or by phone). Different conditions may apply for bookings made via third-party websites; for these, please read the conditions on the respective booking channel.
For Non-Refundable rates, there is no possibility of refund or change of date.
For Standard rates, cancellation and date change :
- Free up to 5 days prior to arrival, applicable only once.
- Within 5 days of arrival, the reservation is non-amendable/non-refundable.
(example: free cancellation until Tuesday by 02:00 PM (GMT+1) for Sunday arrivals)
For cancellations from 02:00 PM (GMT+1) on the 5th day prior to arrival, 100% of the reservation cost is retained.
For no-shows, the reservation cost is non-refundable.

To confirm a reservation, it is mandatory to pay the total amount of the reservation by card (debit, credit or prepaid) to the link provided by the Staff. Payment must be made no later than the 5th day before arrival (for last-minute bookings, agree terms with Staff).
Otherwise, if the payment is not made by the agreed deadline, the Staff reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

Morgagni Suites assumes NO responsibility for any stolen, damaged or lost personal items.
The water offered by Morgagni Suites comes from a municipal drinking water source.
