CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
• Check-in: online check-in must be completed before arrival through the link provided by the staff; online assisted entry is available from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM (GMT+1).
Guests arriving outside check-in hours must request this from the staff in advance and it can be approved based on availability.
• Check-out: by 10:00 AM (GMT+1).

UNDERAGE GUESTS
• Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by at least one adult.
If not accompanied by a parent/legal guardian, they must provide written authorization from one.
• A valid ID document (passport or national ID card) is required for all guests, including minors. For Italian citizens only: National Health Card (Fiscal Code) is NOT considered a valid ID document and cannot be used to check-in a minor.
• A baby cot can be provided free of charge (based on availability), upon request prior to arrival, for children up to 1 year old.

PETS
• A one-time supplement of €20 applies for pets (dogs and cats) up to 10 kg.

CLEANING SERVICE
• Room cleaning is carried out every 2 days, upon request, and always at the end of the stay.
• For stays of 30 days or more, special arrangements apply.

BREAKFAST
• Breakfast is included in all rates and is provided in the form of coupons to be used our partner café-pastry shop located within walking distance of the property.

BOOKING CONDITIONS (VALID ONLY FOR DIRECT BOOKINGS)
Direct bookings are made through our website, WhatsApp, email, or by phone.
For bookings made through third-party websites, the terms and conditions stated on those channels apply.
→ To confirm a direct booking, full prepayment is required via credit, debit, or prepaid card, using the link provided by our staff:
• Non-Refundable Rate: payment must be made within 24 hours of booking request.
• Standard Rate: payment must be made within 24 hours of booking request.
For last-minute bookings, payment terms must be agreed upon with the staff.
In the event of non-payment within the specified terms, the staff reserves the right to cancel the booking without further notice.
1. CANCELLATION POLICY
• Non-Refundable Rate:
It is not possible to issue refunds or make date changes to the booking.
• Standard Rate:
→ Free cancellation or modification (one-time only) up to 5 days before arrival, by 2:00 PM (GMT+1). In case of cancellation withing free cancellation period, the refund will be issued immediately to your original payment card.
→ Within 5 days of arrival, the booking becomes non-refundable and non-modifiable.
Example: for an arrival on Sunday, free cancellation is possible until 2:00 PM (GMT+1) on the previous Tuesday.
For cancellations after 2:00 PM (GMT+1) on the 5th day prior to arrival, 100% of the booking amount will be retained.
→ For no-shows, the reservation is non-refundable.
2. TAX INFORMATION
• All rates include VAT.
• City tax is NOT included.
It applies only to the first 5 nights of your stay, up to a maximum of €7 per person per night.
Children under the age of 14 are exempt from paying City Tax.
City of Bologna does not exempt law enforcement or military forces from City Tax payment.
For other applicable exemptions, please consult the Bologna City Council website.

• Morgagni Suites assumes no responsibility for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
• The water supplied by Morgagni Suites comes from the municipal potable water system.
